How it works
Our process is designed to reduce decision fatigue and eliminate the coordination overhead that international professionals face when establishing themselves in a new country.
Initial consultation
We start with a conversation to understand your operation in full: company type, headcount, sector, target city, budget range, and the personal profile of whoever is relocating. We also map out which additional services you will need beyond space — legal, fiscal, immigration, banking — so we can build a coordinated plan from day one.
Curated property shortlist
Based on your brief, we identify up to seven spaces that genuinely match your requirements. We do not send raw listings. Every option comes with our assessment of the landlord, the contract terms, the building infrastructure, and the neighbourhood fit for your type of operation.
Site visits coordinated
We schedule and coordinate all visits, handle communication with landlords or building managers, and accompany you — in person or remotely — to ensure the right questions get asked. If you are evaluating from abroad, we can conduct visits on your behalf and report back with video documentation.
Contract and soft landing
Once you have selected a space, we support lease negotiation, connect you with a notary if required, and introduce you simultaneously to your accounting, legal and immigration partners so that all threads move in parallel. No waiting for one step to finish before the next can begin.
Ongoing support
For the first ninety days of your operation in Mexico, you have a dedicated point of contact who knows your full situation. We coordinate between your service providers, flag issues before they become problems, and ensure that your installation becomes genuinely operational — not just technically established.
